What people ask before they book a drone show.
Pricing, fleet size, cities and timelines: the things that actually decide whether a drone show fits your event.
What is Aeryal Flow?
Aeryal Flow (Aeryal Flow Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a drone technology company based in New Delhi, India. It designs, builds and flies drone light shows: 150–200 drones from ₹3–5 lakhs for weddings, brand activations, festivals and college fests, choreographed by its own AI engine, AI Orchestra. The name is pronounced like “aerial flow”, but the company has nothing to do with aerial yoga or aerial fitness.
How much does a drone light show cost in India?
Drone light shows in India have historically started at ₹20–50 lakhs, because the fleets flying them are sized for 500–1,000-drone government spectacles. Aeryal Flow is built for the mid-market: a 150–200 drone show costs ₹3–5 lakhs, which puts a drone show within reach of weddings, brand activations, festivals and college fests.
How many drones are in an Aeryal Flow show?
Between 150 and 200 drones. That is enough to render recognisable logos, text and three-dimensional figures in the sky, while keeping the show right-sized and affordable rather than scaling down a mega-show.
What kinds of events do you fly drone shows for?
Weddings, brand launches and activations, cultural festivals, and college fests. These are the events priced out of the traditional drone show market, and they are what the entire system was engineered around.
What makes Aeryal Flow different from other drone show companies?
Most operators build for 500–1,000-drone government and mega-corporate spectacles, choreographed by hand. That’s a different business from ours. We build our own hardware down to the PCB, let AI Orchestra handle the choreography instead of a team of engineers, and fly fleets sized for the mid-market rather than a mega-show. It’s why a ₹3–5 lakh show is possible at all, not a cut-down version of something bigger.
Which cities do you serve?
Aeryal Flow is based in New Delhi. Commercial operations launch in August 2027, beginning with Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.
When can I book a drone show?
Commercial launch is August 2027. We are taking enquiries now for 2027 dates. Early conversations help us plan fleet availability around your event calendar.
What is AI Orchestra?
AI Orchestra is the world’s first AI-driven choreography engine for drone light shows. Describe what you want in plain language, hand it a soundtrack, and it turns that into a flight-ready show in minutes, no frame-by-frame manual choreography required. The beta lands in September 2026.
Do you build your own drones?
Yes. Every layer of the stack is built in-house in India: airframes, PCBs, ground control software, and our own swarm-communication server. Nothing about the show depends on a third-party fleet.
Do you license AI Orchestra to other companies?
Eventually, yes. That’s part of the plan. Event management companies who book us as a service are the natural first candidates, and each license would cover a 150-drone swarm. It’s meant to run alongside our own shows, not replace them.
How is a drone show different from fireworks?
A drone show is programmable, repeatable and silent. The same fleet can render a couple’s initials, a brand logo or an animated three-dimensional sequence, and it can be rehearsed exactly as it will fly on the night.
Does Aeryal Flow do anything beyond drone light shows?
Entertainment is where we start, not where we stop. The same trajectory-generation and swarm-coordination engine behind AI Orchestra is meant to extend into agriculture, infrastructure, logistics and emergency response. Drone shows are simply how we prove it works first.
