What we collect
We collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form on this site, typically your name, email address, and the details of the event you are planning. If you sign in to download our software, we also receive the account details described below. We do not ask for payment information on this website.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you, to prepare a quote, and to plan fleet availability around your event date. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How it is delivered and stored
Enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to us by email over an encrypted SMTP connection and retained in our business inbox. This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request metadata such as IP address and user agent for security and performance purposes.
Your AeryalFlow account
Signing in uses AeryalFlow, our central account service at auth.aeryalflow.com. Your password is entered there and never reaches this website. When you sign in, AeryalFlow tells us a stable account identifier and, if you allow it, your email address. We use these to keep you signed in and to give you access to downloads.
Downloads and release notifications
When you download our software or ask to be notified about a release, we record which app and version, your platform, the country your request came from (not your IP address), your account identifier and your email address, and the time. We use this to support the software, to tell you about releases you asked for, and to understand which apps are used. Usage events sent to AeryalFlow's telemetry service carry your account identifier but never your email address, are encrypted, and are kept for 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in, we set strictly necessary cookies: one that keeps you signed in for up to seven days and one that protects the sign-in itself for ten minutes. Both are encrypted and cannot be read by scripts on the page. If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action the request.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business grows and begins commercial operations. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
